Highly recommend them! I live on a slanted hillside. In 3 and a half days they replaced the ledger board on a 16 foot section of an extensive 30 year old wood lower deck and then replaced the post and 16 foot glu-lam beam of the upper deck and rebuilt the stairs and railings connecting them that now look strong enough to survive a hurricane. I originally just wanted an estimate for the cosmetic fascia of the upper deck to be repaired, and would not have realized the severity of what really needed to be done until I asked for an estimate that turned into an inspection. I could not be happier. PS and much safer for entertaining!

Giving a single rating is difficult but Craftsman Homes earns a 5 star due to the high level of owner satisfaction with the final product. Dennis input during the design phase of construction was key to the success of the project. We have a nice view but had a very small deck prior to an addition. The deck extension adds to our pleasure of ownership and the overall value of our home. Dennis used quality materials and his attention to design detail was excellent. There were some things that could be mentioned as areas for improvement. The project would have been more efficient if Dennis could have been on site more often. The quality of his work is such that he is in high demand by many customers. That's great but it stretches him thin from time-to-time. But Dennis was wonderful dealing a couple of mid-job corrections and has also been very responsive to a couple of minor problems that arose after the job was complete. Dennis is a good and honest man. Kudos!

Dennis was great to work with through the whole process and he made sure to address all of our concerns in a timely manner. He has good connections with subcontractors and was able to secure an electrician last minute when ours didnâ t work out. He had a hardworking crew who got the job done (we had to clean up after them a bit but not bad.) We did have a few unforeseen expenses pop up but Dennis was more than fair in helping us stick close to our budget. We would definitely hire him again.
