They were dependable.. jobs were efficient and completed.. extra help in moving and replacing furniture..they cleaned up when they finished. I am grateful for the job done.

Larry and his team did a good job painting the EXTERIOR (didn’t see that option in the dropdown) of our home. His team were professional and efficient. They painted our home with Sherwin Williams Emerald paint which sealed the home in an almost rubber-like coating which is perfect. It resists dirt and bugs and sealed the home beautifully. The issue we had was where they painted Trex board on the top rail of the deck wall and it started peeling off within a couple months. It took Larry several months to make that right by sanding and re-painting (which is why I gave the previous rating), but he did stand behind his work and eventually made it right. I highly recommend the Emerald paint and can honestly say Larry’s team does professional work. My issue was with the months it took to make the rail issue right. To be fair, it was his first time using that particular paint and I was happy that he eventually made it right by doing the repairs himself.

After 9 months the paint is flaking off our deck and despite half a dozen attempts to get Larry to commit to scraping, sanding, priming, and repainting it, he refuses to do so. Huge sections of paint are flaking off and blowing into my yard. Larry admitted it needs repainting, but he has refused to text me back or leave a phone message. I was happy with his work last summer when it was first completed and I referred him to a friend. He took months to get out for an estimate, then gave him a targeted two month window for completing the job, and now ghosted him. Apparently only if you are willing to do a whole house job will you get his attention and commitment. Now I am having to get estimates from other painters, then have it repainted by them, and pursue CLS through legal means to get reimbursed for the job that should have been done properly the first time. I would not expect a $14,000 paint job using the best paint on the market would result in that very paint flaking off nine months after it was put on. I would gladly provide pictures of the shoddy work as well as my text chain attempting to get it fixed over more than a months time.

Larry was able to fit us in yet this year to stain our log cabin. He was attention to detail and communicated well. I would recommend his services!

Painted my barn and it looks like new

CLS painting professionals do top-notch work. They approached our exterior house painting project as if they were painting their own houses. Their conscientiousness and attention to detail were especially notable. I never got the feeling that they were in a hurry to move on to the next job. If the surface needed more product, they would apply more. I know this because our house had not been painted in 16 years. You will not go wrong if you go with CLS Painting.
