Check boiler Ordered part Replace and installed the part that was not working in my boiler. Notified owner when it was completed.

Nobody wants plumbing issues, but when they arise, I ALWAYS know that I’m in great hands with Chris and his crew…from their office manager, Diane to all the guys working for them. Each one I’ve encountered has always been very personable and professional. Whatever the issue may be, they educate/explain what‘s going on and what needs to be done to remedy the situation. They’ve installed a water, repaired a furnace leak, installed an in-sink garbage disposal, replaced old knob shut-off valves for the “Lever“ type and FOUND my street-side water shut off valve that was buried below the driveway asphalt during the residence of the previous home owners and most recently disconnected the utilities from an in-ground pool equipment and drained the pool. I’ve used them so many times, I’ve begun to call Diane “Cuz!” lol! :-D HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This big job was done accurately. The water heater was done first to insure I had hot water, then the new boiler was installed. I’m set for winter!!!

Was able to squeeze me in quickly as had no heat. Took minutes to diagnose short in control panel, located one and installed within the hour.
