Chris and Matt were very knowledgeable about the work needed done. My house drain was backed up because of the tree root blockage and Chris was able to resolve it all in one day. He was able to answer all my questions and was very transparent about the price. I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable. I will definitely request them again.

This water for water heater installation but it wont give me the option to choose that. The photos tell all!! Unbelievably unprofessional! Kept asking for more money. Sadly I paid with cash but that's ok, because I have paper trail of proof for amounts of service and him telling me my project was not worth what he got paid even though he asked for more money and I willingly gave it to him. All I needed was everything agreed to just like I agreed to pay his up charge for services and he got every penny. Fyi when he came 6 days later to get my old water heater out of my house, HE LEFT IT ON THE CORNER ON MY BLOCK AND I GOT FINED BY MY ASSOCIATION FOR IT!! Angi needs to contact me! He left me cleaning up his mess and black splatter marks on my newly painted walls.

Sorry you feel that way Ana. This nice lady was trying to get me to do a bunch of extra work. I did exactly what was quoted. With plumbing there are unforeseen things that come up. As I uninstalled her water heater the piping wouldn?t line up and she needed a shut off. I only charged for the extra parts. She was never going to be satisfied. She waited til I came to remove the old water heater to tell me she needed the new one I installed moved over 2 inches to fit in her cabinets

Chris was very pleasant! He gave me a quote and stuck with it. He used a few different tools to get the job done because the issue was quite deep. I would hire him again! I will be letting friends and family about my experience and advise that give him a call before anyone else. Thank you, Chris!

I talked to him by phone on a Sunday at 4;30' He removed the old pump, and had the new one up and running at 6:30' All on a Sunday!
