Needed my duct system under house replaced with better design system that was balanced. Had at least 5 local HVAC Contractors come out to give estimates and Comfort Factor Mechanical estimate was much lower than the "local" companies. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days (two men) which included demo of the old and replacement with new. System works great and would definitely recommend Comfort Factor Mechanical for any HVAC work, repair, or replacement. Eric and Arik are both very knowledgeable about any type of equipment and fully understand a well designed and installed system.

Comfort Factor Mechanical staff was very responsive. They made an appointment and were on time. They worked efficiently, very neat and clean. They gave me a very fair price for a service call and possible replacement but found a fix and were under the quote. I was impressed with the quality and would hire them again for my HVAC system needs.
