Chance is the best contractor Iâ ve hired. He is super communicative and always on time. He cares about his work so he goes the extra mile. He painted my 1300 sw ft interior 3/3 condo - walls- ceiling and baseboards. It was an extremely fair price and he did it within 3 days.

Chance is a one man show and got the paint job of an interior home and half of the house ceiling with doors and trims done in 4 days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. He is truly amazing at what he does. He is a hard worker, professional, timely and has the best prices in Gainesville.

Very knowledgeable about his craft. Professional and brought a fresh look into our new home.

Prompt communicates very well with customers,does what he says and is very efficient and we are very pleased with him and his crew.Works very well with customers.If your one of those that think you can do it cheaper and better I would remind you of one thing.How much is your time worth.I have learned in my 60 years.Find the right team and let them do what they do best.The time it took me to do 1 bathroom and one closet.They did the rest of the house in 5 hours.Looks amazing .

Chance was even better than I anticipated. I picked him off reading reviews. I told him when I was closing on the house & wanted it painted before I move in. He saved the weekend for me. He was over right away to help me pick colors. Had the entire house painted nicely by Monday! Even when I picked a color for kitchen I didn’t like he fixed it with no problem. He’s been trustworthy as I left the house open to him & his guys. He’s been prompt & pleasant.. also affordable! I will be utilizing him in the future for sure.

Worked with our schedule. Was very neat during painting process. Addressed any issues we had. Were very cordial and professional during entire painting process. Stayed in touch during the off and on rain and cold weather. In conclusion, did a very thorough and neat job cleaning up.
