It was an absolute joy and delight working with Tarique and Andrew. My initial conversation with Tarique was very professional and informative. He put me at ease and i felt comfortable asking questions about the project throughout. I really appreciated that we could coordinate and send pics of the issues beforehand so there would be no surprises at the time the work started. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest option but the last time i went for the cheaper option I got stuck with a plumber who triggered my PTSD. Tarique and Andrew were both very respectful, professional and completed the job in the time allotted and i appreciate that. I have a very short list of people i will call back again to work on our family home and Caprens Piping & Heating is one of those businesses that will be visiting us again (the number's on the fridge). At first I had my doubts, but Mohamed proved me wrong. Gentlemen was quite intelligent and very well educated, he actually gave me a lesson on gas-steam furnace, and for the repair, I never knew that the unit was so complicated and had so many issues even though the furnace was less than 3 years old but never serviced since it was installed. He explained each issue and why it occurred. and showed me each problem as he corrected them. Mohamad corrected all the issues and showed me how things work. He explained everything and showed me how to service the furnace my self. The furnace is operating perfectly. I highly recommend this gentleman, he definitely won me over. This company was amazing. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I had to install a new heating system in my house and this company did a great job very neat and clean work.
