I called so many roofers and nobody was available short notice. When I called Journey Builders, they inspected my roof that same day. My roof is really old and it was leaking everywhere. So after Eric inspected the roof, he gave me many options on what we could do to fix the roof without spending too much money. These guys actually care about helping homeowners.

I appreciate how Journey Builders didnâ t make me wait. When I was looking for a roofer to come by and fix my roof leak, other companies were so busy that they would tell me I would have to wait a week for them to inspect my roof. When I called Journey Builders, Eric came over that same day and inspected my roof. They started working the very next day and fixed my roof in a couple of days. Thank you again.

Mark at Journey Builders was very nice and respectful, and he was able to get the leak in my roof repaired in between storms â a miracle. The best news is that the roof didnâ t leak again during the next dayâ s pounding rain. In addition, he took photos of what he found during his inspection of my roof, and explained in detail how the repair would be done. He also showed me the materials he would use. Then after the repair he took photos to show exactly what had been done. I could not have been luckier in finding someone to repair my roof.
