I have a flat roof that started leaking during the last rain. I sat looking at the buckets collecting water in my bathroom and the doorway to my bedroom. I did not have any recommendations for a roofing company. I looked on the internet to research roofing companies. I was impressed Journey Builders website and the reviews. I made a call to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Mark came out and gave me an estimate. I had one estimate prior to Mark coming to my home to give me an estimate. I used a roofer several years ago to repair my flat roof, the roofer left a propane tank on top of the roof when he went to pick up gutters. The propane tank was left on and set my home on fire. With this prior negative experience, I was very guarded and apprehensive about hiring a roofer. Mark gave me a folder with various documents, giving me information about Journey Builders. Mark explained every document in the folder after inspecting my roof. I told him about my prior roofer experience. He assured me that Journey Builders would take care of me, and I had nothing to worry about. Mark assured me that he would be with me every step of the way during my roof replacement and he was. The workers arrived earlier than the time I was given. Early is better than late. I directed the workers to the area of the roof that needed to be replaced and they began to work. Mark told me that his workers would do the demo on Saturday and complete the job on Monday. After the workers begin, Mark came to my home and informed me that the roof replacement would be completed on Saturday. I was very impressed, roof replacement in one day. The workers cleaned up after they finished the job. No evidence was left that roofers had been at my home. I am impressed with the customer service that was provided by Mark. He is an excellent representative for Journey Builders. The voices of a million angels could not express my satisfaction with Mark and Journey Builders. Mark, thank you! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give you a 10. I look forward to working with you in the future for any house repairs I may need. I am so satisfied with the services I received; I have recommended Journey Builders to 3 of my friends. Journey Builders gave me a 20-year warranty on my flat roof. Other roofing companies that I talked to only give a 5-year warranty on a flat roof. Thank you, Mark and Journey Builders!

Had some bad leaks all over my roof. My ceiling had started to bubble and stain in multiple places. Journey Builders sent a crew out and they sealed my roof and fixed the ceiling. They did a very clean job.
