This was a horrible experience and my brand new home was worse off because of him. He was given a very specific work order on what was wanted and paid in full. When the finished product arrived and was installed it was completely visually different. When told it wasn't acceptable he said he decided to change them to what he thought would look better without asking. No, that is not how this works. He messed up. Wouldn't take accountability. He ruined expensive fabric and was too broke to pay to fix what he did. He also works very sloppily. Ruins walls and tries to hide the damage he has done with the window treatments. He lacks service, integrity and honesty . Definitely do not reccomend to anyone. There are many other options out there who aren't dirtbags.

AWFUL. TW aka Timothy Weakland ruined my walls and said he would pick up the bill to fix them. He has now ducked and ignored my calls since the install (5 months ago). He is a horrible business man and i Hope if someone else is thinking of hiring him they will change their mind based off of my review. I was stuck with cracked walls, a window rod that was off center over a window that needs to be re installed and drapes That are too short. He?s awful. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!

This is not a customer of this web site, this is a customer of a decorator and we had a new disagreement over the placement of a tieback holder in one of the 10 rooms we put up it most certainly is not Representative of the work we have done for the past 46 years if you check the other reviews you will see an almost perfect Review are the type of work that we do.

Very experienced and knew just the look I wanted. Offered practical suggestions for shortening the curtains a bit to hang better. Made Pottery Barn curtains look custom. Friendly and considerate. Also hung a heavy picture for me. Would hire again.
