I do not recommend Butler Appliance Service I called him to fix my dryer he came my house instead of fixing the problem burned out the wire while I am standing watching him the electric pop out he showed me a piece of wire burn out cut out I had a doubt he is shocked the electric purposely I believed him he is going to fixed but instead of that connecting the cutout wire he told me he fixed but was not fixed he told me the dryer is working he asked me to pay him $185.00 the second day when I tried to dry my cloths is not working since then I keep calling him left a message and never respond Mr. Dwayne/Dante if you see this msg. please return my call we can discuss you can fix the problem I found you through Home Advisor. Mr. Dionte finally after two weeks several phone call came to fix my dryer I am happy. I can gave him 3 stars. Thank you.

I tried several other places for a quote and never heard back I ask Butler for one and got it right away they showed up the next day great job thanks

He needs to better exabyte work buy parts to order through local vendors instead of using vendors online. He needs to be more detailed about using Freon. when offering a warranty coverage.
The service provided was great however, I contacted the company with a billing concern and now, a month later, I still have not received a response from them.
