His whole crew is all professional, they clean up after themselves, they leave just the same as before they showed up. I know that if anything broke he would be back to fix it right away. "This is a beyond FANTASTIC company. I’ve waited a few days to write my review - trying to get my thoughts in order to express what a truly wonderful group of contractors this company has. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel - and doing most of the work ourselves. Eric was so great and worked with us and our ever changing timeline. The first day that work started, Eric came in with the guys and outlined the work to be done. The guys were on time everyday and worked 8-3pm. I felt 100 percent comfortable with them working in my home, while I was at work. Jeremy was our electrician and let me just say - Wow what a great guy! He is hard working and kind. "David did a great job clearing out clogged drains on mini splits and servicing all 7 units and 2 condensers. The amount of time he spent and thoroughness was clearly a step above the prior maintenance. Now we know what really needs to be done to keep the units working well, and recommend Forest Hills HVAC for any mini split system. Only drawback was that we got bumped a few times for emergency calls. We were not an emergency because we did have some functional units, so it is fair that we had to wait. If it was an emergency, I could have paid the emergency fee and gotten work done more quickly."
