They were really great this time. He mentioned we were having a problem with scorpions before I said anything. So he put more glue traps down in the pantry and took his time spraying. They were very friendly and not just doing a job today.

Ryan Mayotte was a true professional. He immediately understood our issue and made sure to explain the service he would provide to remedy the problem. You can see he takes his job very seriously and puts himself behind the company to assure their reputation. I've asked for him to come to my home for all my future services. Ryan was absolutely amazing! He explained the difference between granules and liquid spray in a way that made sense. He explained what draws the insects (roaches in my case) and how the pesticide works. AND he was here exactly as scheduled, with a text ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Bulwark has a star employee!

Phone call was handled efficiently and a need to change the original appointment was dealt with easily. The tech who came to my house, Rex Pilger, was professional, gave clear instructions and information. He was considerate and thorough explaining each step of the way.
