JC was awesome! Not only did he show up exactly on time the day of our appointment, but listened intently to my tale of woe regarding my ant invasion. He explained everything he was going to do and why. Calmed my concerns regarding any danger to my pets, and assured me the product used was Eco-friendly. When he finished the application, that took approximately 1 hour, he again made sure I was informed on what he did and why. Also stated that if I saw any ants in the next 2 days, to call him and he would come back to re-apply. It?s been 2 days and no ants to be seen! JC is a great technician! Super nice guy, too. Highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating and JC!!

The technician was very friendly and very thorough. My service call was for rodents, and he checked all of the bait boxes and refilled them as needed. He also re-baited the spring traps in my crawlspace, and added an additional one. I would definitely recommend him.

I just got a new place and had Luke McMurphy as our service tech and he was great. He was right on time and did a great job. He was super polite and great with our dog even. Highly recommended him!
