I had an excellent experience with Austin, the technician who serviced my home last night. This visit was a free retreatment for ants, but he took the time to do a much more thorough inspection and identified signs of rodent activity as well. He treated for the rodents during the same visit and explained what he was seeing, why it mattered, and what my options were moving forward. He answered all of my questions clearly and professionally and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was that he could have easily just completed the ant retreatment and left, but instead he went above and beyond to make sure the underlying issues were addressed. Great service, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I really appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
