Charles Tucker was fantastic. He was helpful, knowledgeable, offered suggestions and support. I highly recommend to say the least. Oh and he was friendly. First impression goes along way with me and he had a solid hand shake. Call me old fashioned but thatâ s a form of respect to me. If you had to pick just one company Iâ d shout Bulwark and more specifically Charles.

Charles T. was our tech and we absolutely loved him. Very personable and thorough with the job he did. We felt like the first tech that came to our house did a subpar job and was evidence by the fact that we still had bug issues. We called the company and they immediately sent out a different tech and we were so happy with Charles. My husband and I both felt much more confident in the job he did. Will continue to use their services.

Easy scheduling and set up. Charlie came out and took care of our first treatment. Told us all about the treatment and what to expect. Made suggestions for ongoing maintenance. Very informative and professional! Even had a quick visit with the regional rep Jeremy. Thanks for getting us sorted to quickly!

My exterminator, Jacob Ramos, just left my house. His customer service is awesome. He called before arriving so I could take care of my gate and dog and he texted me when complete so I could again, take care of my gate and dog. He was very professional and explained what service he performed. I have no bug problems with this company. They are excellent.
