We are a community-minded, client-focused gutter company dedicated to delivering 5-star customer experience. Our team specializes in seamless gutter installation, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, wood rot fascia and soffit replacement, ice dam removal, and heat cable installation to protect your home from water damage year-round. During harsh winter conditions, our ice dam steaming services and roof heat cable systems help prevent dangerous ice buildup, roof leaks, and costly structural damage. We believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency in everything we do. As part of our commitment to accountability and continuous improvement, we listen to our customers and keep learning from feedback, we constantly refine our service to better serve our community. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the personal connection with the salesman and the timely manner in which the job was completed. We thought they were rather pricey ( we did not compare price with other companies) but the materials and workmanship were top-notch and we are pleased all the way around! We were also given a Senior discount which was appreciated.

Clean Gutters and Downspouts

Great crew that did great work. They had a problem with the machine that folds flat aluminum into the gutter shape/length and it wouldnâ t do the folds correctly, so that interrupted the job. They were sincerely apologetic and rescheduled later the same week. The machine performed correctly the second time and that was the only speed-bump in the process. All my questions were answered promptly. I heartily recommend these guys!

A bunch of professionals! Met with kindness and courtesy from the girl who handles the calls, to the crew, to the owner. The guys were able to get the work done even in freezing cold conditions with snow and ice on the ground. Would recommend and hire again.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
