if You don’t know about bricking, make sure to ask if the supplies are included in his price and who is responsible for cleanup. Love my brick steps!!!!!

He did not level the patio enough for me to properly set patio furniture on it. He put t at to much of an angle. Had to block up one side of my swing to make it level. It is basically use less for patio furniture . Manual was very nice.

Very responsive. We had a delay in the delivery of certain materials. But, Manuel actively pursued that supplier almost every day. He even went to multiple vendors and offered us alternatives. He always keep me informed and even worked extra hours to complete the job.

Very hard worker. Came and looked at job the evening before and started the next morning and completed in the scorching hot weather. He also called back the next day to make sure i was happy with the work he performed.

If I could give Manuel more than 5 stars I would do just that! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, a gentleman and a true 'brick pro'. He came up with a great solution for a revised build for existing brick steps that were dangerous and his workmanship is great. Our house is 12 years old and he found the brick to match. They no longer make mortar to match, so he custom blended mortar for the job. He also repaired mortar on our back step and around the front porch that had been broken for years - no one else would even come out to give us a quote! Now these areas all look like new. He did all this work, cleaned up all the work debris, and delivered all the work in just half a day at the price quoted. A fair, reasonable, honest and hardworking guy and I would recommend Manuel in a heartbeat.

They followed my design request pretty good . I had the design plan put together for them.
