Professional and courteous. They contacted us within a short time and came the same day for an estimate of our patio stone project. The estimate was to our liking and we hired Brick Design. The day they came to our house, they started and finished the project within 7 hours. They cleaned everywhere and left it looking like new. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone and will certainly use their services again.

They responded promptly to my request and came to my home at the time I had available. They evaluated my patio and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. They provide me with the estimates and a written report explaining why it was necessary to change the patio.

I got four estimates for this work; one from my landscapers, and three from home advisor suggestions. Brick Design estimated the same as everyone else (a lot, I thought), but Ana, the owner, was much more pleasant and thorough, so I chose Brick Design. Good choice. They also used better materials than the other companies said they would. Ana handled all the interactions with the city for me, and when municipal requirements made them change the original design, they wound up with a very charming alternative. Looks great. The crew stayed late to finish in two days and not block our entryway longer than necessary (and asked if it would be alright with our neighbors first). They rescaled the walk so that it's much safer now. Good work, very courteous and pleasant people, efficient.

Left big gobs of hard sand in front yard. Did a poor job of cleaning up. Kid checked his cell phone all day long. Others we had did a beautiful job.

Brick Design team were efficient despite multiple weather delays. They worked clean- we never had to worry about running over a construction mess in the driveway. They were keeping us updated on all they do, but what made us happy the most is that the team did amazing job. They build us 400 square foot beautiful brick patio. We now feel like we have a backyard that we can use and enjoy. We have already received multiple compliments about how fantastic it looks! This is a wife & husband team. They called me in an hour. She arranged that both of them to see the job that afternoon. She gave a proposal & a price (which is very competitive) that Tue. They said they do work that Thursday. Thursday, two men showed up at about 830AM that started work, A three ft. X eight foot area was stripped bare-no bricks. That's what I wanted them to repair. In about 4 hours they were finished-beautiful job. I would highly recommend them for value for dollars, workmanship, prompt timing and professionalism..
