"Angelo from Guardian roofing was very professional and respectful . I felt that I could trust him to do a good job. His employees arrived and explained the entire process just as Angelo had . When they left, they showed me pictures of work they had done. They also told me not to hesitate to call back if I had any problems. Next spring I intend to have him return and do tuckpointing on my building."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"They called me 2 days before the scheduled appointment on a Sunday and came by and inspected the damage. They gave me a great quote and I agreed to it. The following day Monday when I came home from work the repair work was completed. Excellent service and pricing completed before the scheduled date. Highly recommend this company for all work."

"We hired 4 County Construction to work with our insurance company after we had hail damage, and they replaced all of our siding and installed stone veneer siding. It came out beautiful, and they were able to get our insurance company to cover much more than they were originally willing to. They had prompt, friendly service throughout the process and I recommend them highly. Roberto and Maria are great people, very honest and reliable, and their whole crew was professional. We love our beautiful home!"

"I got three quotes for a roof replacement to be done in the Spring of 2019, and Top to Bottom was one of them. Hector took a lot of time explaining the job and the details involved. He also showed me two different styles of roofing to choose from, and was willing to negotiate price to match my other quotes. I was impressed with both him and his willingness to negotiate with me until we reached a final agreement. I look forward to working with this company in the Spring."
