They did excellent work did a professional job. Completed the work as promised!

Still in the beginning phase. Weather hasn’t cooperated. Sales representative Jeremy Winans is very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. We are having two ponds built and a new ICON home put between them. Brian VanDevender and his field crew have been very helpful and have taken the time to explain each step. Their approach to controlling water from 5 springs and a small drainage creek has worked exceptionally. We’ve got 10 days of no rain in the forecast and I expect that will allow completion on schedule. I would recommend VanDevender Construction for any job as of today and don’t see me changing my mind.

We hired them to excavate a collapsed drain pipe, widen and extend our gravel driveway, and then asphalt pave the gravel. They did a great job communicating what was going on and when. Would definitely hire them again.

Friendly and reliable

Originally just wanted a small waterproof retaining wall around the driveway and then to have the driveway paved. Was talked into replacing the entire wall for well more than we wanted to pay but they seemed trustworthy so we went along with it. They were fast and seemingly efficient. The project took about 2 weeks. When we were told the project was completed, we were a little confused. The project was not completed. It is ugly and unfinished. It is filled with patchy gaps and holes like it were done by children working with clay. Does not look a thing like what we wanted to be let alone what was explained that we were getting. Asked for them to come back and finish some things, and they came and piddled around for half a day and left without asking what we thought. They never asked what we thought about the project. They just expected payment. We are going to have to shell out more money for someone else to come and fix everything. I would not use this company again. I would not recommend them to anyone. My wife and I feel like we were taken advantage of.

They arrived when the said they would , did a really good job and the employees weâ re very friendly. I would use them again and would recommend them .
