Ed was tremendous! After being told by multiple people that my old aluminum and vinyl window couldn't be repaired and I'd need to buy new ones, I was thrilled to find Boston Window Repair. Ed quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant - a joy to work with. His prices are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I was very lucky to find Ed via this site, and so are you. I live in a Brownstone w/very old windows, that I thought were going to be hard to fix, and very expensive, but Ed did an amazing job at a great price. He was able to solve some very tricky issues, and came up with some hard to find parts. We had a lingering issue that he really put in extra effort to solve and kept coming back until he knew he had a (very) happy customer. Very responsive, great guy.

Ed did a good job on repairing my window frame which was damaged by a prior leak from the roof. He replaced some outside wood, added a trim, tightened the frame together and made sure the windows are as tight as possible while moving easily.
