Ed found very hard to find parts, fixed the window as promised. He came in to identify the parts, ordered them and came back on a Saturday to fix the window. He did a great job! I will highly recommend him and plan to use his services for all my future needs.

I'm a bit confused about this rating. Rich L, said he would certainly recomend me for any window repair, I would have expected a 5 star rating. The job I did for him included finding obsolete window parts and installation, that other contractors felt he should replace the windows. I solved his problem, three of his windows which were very dangerous, the windows had to be left closed during the summer acted like a guilotine when unlocked. As well as saved him the hassle ( time and mess and extra money of dealing with replacement windows. I thought a job well done and he agreed, through his comments. Ed
