I hired Chris to assist me in obtaining a plot plan and sub-division plan. Because of the pandemic, many surveyors were not working but Chris continued searching until he found one. They did an awesome job! Chris was easy to talk to and took the time to explain the process. I would definitely recommend them for your projects.

Chris of Boston Realty Development has been outstanding with my entire home renovations process. Despite a delay with closing on my property as well as going through a pandemic Chris Walsh and his team still agreed to take on the job and has done an amazing job. Work that I got done includes wall removal (load bearing), complete kitchen remodel, windows, flooring throughout, paint, basement renovation, and complete renovations of both full bathrooms. HVAC, electric, and plumbing all done as well. Chris was more than fair with pricing. I would definitely recommend Boston Realty Development for your home improvement needs. I plan on getting more work done in the near future with Chris and his team.

Chris Walsh and his crew were hired to upgrade and enhance our failing wooden deck and railings. They did a masterful job with great attention to detail and impressive problem solving ability. One particular aspect of dealing with Boston Realty Development was how professional Chris is at communicating with from setting up the initial visit, the proposal itself, adjusting to my ever-changing preferences. Chris is a most knowledgeable pro who I would heartily recommend for any job in his area! You will not be sorry.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
