Henry Tile shared Brandon Preston of Boss Tiling’s name with us for a front porch tile project. I reached out to him & he texted me back the same day. He met with us at our house a few days later to get measurements & work up an estimate. He was super knowledgeable about the scope and sequence of work as well as the product involved. We received an estimate within a day or two, and as soon as we gave him the green light, he took it from there. He showed up when he said he would show up. And completed the job on the timeline promised. He was so professional and his work was beautifully done. This is how you wish all your home improvement jobs would go! Ladies and Gentlemen, let me paint a picture for you. After looking at a dated (1994) square, pinkish tile, that surrounds our living room fire place and an unknown aged carpet, we decided to upgrade our entire house with life proof laminate flooring throughout, a built out tv mount above our fireplace, all new paint throughout the house, and new ceramic tile around the fireplace to bring our home into the current times and up to date. Due to shipping constraints, and the circumstances of being able to hire professional services to implement these upgrades, we spent 7 months patiently waiting. After the floor install, tv mount and build out, we finally received our intricate/decorative tile to complete the focal point of our living room. Only to be told that the job would be impossible to complete with out tearing out everything we had built and that the tile we chose was not feasible to install. I could go on and on, but after 2 companies told us that it wouldnâ t be doable, we may have to eat the cost of this expensive decorative tile that we could not use, we were to say the least, heartbroken. But then, in walked Tim with Boss Tiling. His demeanor and reassuring personality was a breath of fresh air. We were quoted the best price, time estimate, and instantly welcomed Tim into our home and hearts! We knew the tile was detailed and would create a difficult job, but the whole time Tim had this can do attitude and infectious calming about him. Then a full day into the demo and install, Tim looked at his work and did the most honorable and unthinkable thing we have ever seen. He torn all the new tile he had laid back off the wall and stated â Itâ s not right, itâ s not centered, and he couldnâ t complete the job knowing it wasnâ t true, centered and the best for our focal point to our living room.â The bonus points he earned with us at that very moment were immeasurable. This former armed service member had not only our gratitude for his service as a military member, but also our respect as a true man of his craft! He started again the following day with tediously placing each tile. Although it ran over the estimated time line (we didnâ t mind because our dogs loved him), the joy we had after seeing this beautiful new center piece in our home, and the care he took to make it is was awe inspiring, beautiful, timeless, and unique which does not express in words how grateful we are for this company and man! Tim will always be welcome in our home and our family! Any future tile projects we may have or recommendations that are asked for tile work will be Tim and Boss Tiling! If youâ re unsure of a project no matter how small or how big and complicated, pick up the phone and get Tim and Boss Tiling a call! You will never regret it! Brandon and his team were absolutely incredible! Not only were they completely professional, they were also a pleasure to work with. They did a FABULOUS job on both our spare bathroom tiling projects and now plan to hire them again to redo our master shower! We recommend them to everyone!

I struggled with a bathroom remodel that ran several months with no end in sight! I was extremely unhappy with the new tiles that were laid on the bathroom floor as they were not leveled. I used HomeAdvisor, and James came in, cleaned up the tiles, and began laying a new set. He was finished in no time! After seeing how efficiently and quickly the turnaround was, I contemplated having him tile the kitchen floors and install a backsplash. However, I absolutely dreaded having another remodeling experience like I had with the bathroom. About 2 wks later he returned to demo and install kitchen, laundry and hall tiles as well as install a new backsplash. Knowing that you can trust someone to do the job they agreed to and do it well and in a timely manner removes a enormous weight from your shoulders. I already have them scheduled to install some outdoor tiles this spring, so get them while you can! The peace of mind alone was worth the investment! A++
