I am unable to give proper reviews since company is unwilling to finish job and return phone calls after job has been completely paid for.

Response from Company:

Unfortunately, we have had issues since day one with this customer. We have a signed contract for the work that was completed. We have made several attempts to contact this customer to close out the open permit that we have with the local municipality. We have decided to communicate via text or email only due to the customer's verbal abuse to the managers, field, and office staff. To this customer's dismay, we do not do any work for free. We also do not make "verbal contracts" with our customers. Our company's name and reputation has been slandered and falsely accused of not completing work that we did not even agree upon, nor is it in writing on the signed contract. This customer has taken the situation to a whole different level by trying to dispute the financing we took the time to help her get approved for since she did not have the funds to even begin this project in the first place. We have now had to dispute her false claims and accusations with several different marketing sources. Our work is warrantied for 1 year, and we would be more than happy to assist in any matters that involve any of the work we have completed at this customer's home.We have been informed by several of the company's we have had to dispute her false claims with that she has decided to hire another contractor and declined our offer to come out to her home and take yet another look at what we haven't finished that was verbally agreed upon".

The entire team has been nothing but professional from beginning to end. I have not had an opportunity to use the generator transfer switch install yet so appropriately comment on how it works, but the installation technician, Christopher, answered my questions and his work was neat and clean. Dean was great at giving me details on how the switch would work prior to my purchase, and Morgan was very professional during my phone conversations with her. So far so good. Would recommend this company based on my experience with them over a two week period.
