We originally hired Jim at Boise Creek Construction on June 25th, 2021. He initially stated that once started that the project would take one to two weeks. We are now into the eighth week. They started prepping our house on September 13th, 2021. Today is October 28th, 2021 and the prep work that needs to be completed prior to the Vinyl siding actually being installed has not even been completed as of today. The owner has been unresponsive to my calls or text asking him to please contact me. I do have quite a few messages from one of his employees that has been doing the prep work stating that he would be on his way and not show up at all on that day. I also have some stating that he would be at our house all day and would only be at our house for a couple of hours. They have partially installed two new windows. Each window only has four screws in them. One of them is actually leaking from the heavy rains we have had because they are not fully installed as of yet. At this time we have no idea when or even if he will complete this project since he is not staying in contact with us. We do have date and time-stamped photos of the house being torn apart for some time now. Do we just keep our fingers crossed and hope he shows up tomorrow?

I had Boise Creek Construction remodel my main bathroom. I have an older house and they were able to handle any issues that came up and gave me options on how I wanted them to address them. My remodel was completed on time and on budget. I love my new bathroom! I would highly recommend them for your next remodel.

We hired Jim and his team to complete a remodel of our Master Bathroom. Jim communicated with us through every step of this project. It is very clear that he takes an immense amount of pride in his work and it shows. His pricing was very reasonable and the job was completed within the time frame discussed and agreed upon.

He remodeled a duplex for us. The biggest thing I appreciated beyond quality. He just really gets construction. It was an older duplex, and he handled all the surprises. It was very reasonable and it was still done in the time frame promised.
