My friend used Bodee Construction for his Condo remodel and I asked for a bid from Majid along with 8 other contractors. It was pretty awkward with 9 contractors measuring and fighting for my attention asking about what needed to be done. Of the 9, Majid is the only one who followed up (and it was a big project) which was a good indication to me how the communication would be during the 6 weeks required. We spoke every single day during the remodel, he had design advice, and went above and beyond when shopping for material. He is known for his quality workmanship as I was told from several Porcelanosa and even does the installments there and in NYC for them. You may get cheaper bids on your project, but when it comes to the communication, workmanship, and care he and his crew puts in, you get what you pay for. No unexpected expenses, no cutting corners, and no stress (NO STRESS!!) is the best way to describe the project. It's been over a year now, and my new friend and I are looking into a few projects to do together in Bergen County.

The project was executed perfectly, I would rate a 6/5. There was never a lack of communication, everything that I wanted for the project was done perfectly and they even went above and beyond to make sure what I envisioned was right in front of me. The project was done in time and I'm very excited to enjoy the house!
