We manage many multi-family condominium buildings throughout northern New Jersey. When individual condo owners hire workers to do unit modifications, it can sometimes become an ordeal and adversely impact other condo owners or the building as a whole. That has never happened with Bodee Construction. In my 35 years in this business, I have found them to be one of the most professional, organized, knowledgeable, and experienced contractors I have ever worked with. Their paperwork is always perfect, they show up when they say, the do the work in a neat and professional way, and they leave the unit and the building in better shape then when they got there. As someone who grew up in the kitchen and bath business (my father had multiple showrooms throughout NJ), I know how difficult it is do remodel bathrooms in particular. Bodee knows how to do them right! Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a difficult job done well

We were extremely happy with Bodee and the final results. They took great care protecting the floors, walls and furniture. The project flowed efficiently from demo, to plumbing to electrical to tile work. The workers were pleasant and office staff very responsive. Would use them again in a heartbeat- especially if you live in a condo. Our building has stringent rules governing construction, permits etc.

We are very happy with our decision to work with Majid (owner) and Bodee Construction to renovate our basement. Their professionalism, communication and service was outstanding throughout the entire project. Scope of Work: Full gut renovation of our basement which included a laundry room, a full bathroom and adding a wet bar. Pre-construction: My wife found Bodee online and decided to get an estimate from them based on their excellent web reviews. We got 4 estimates and Bodee came in second most expensive. However since Bodee's estimate was so thorough, we knew exactly what was included and not included. This is very important in that if an estimate is not thorough, you might find that as the project moves forward a lot of the work you thought was included, is not, leaving the customer to pay a lot more money down the road. We ended up choosing Bodee after meeting with Majid and basically going with our gut instincts that he was the guy we wanted to work with. The Work: A lot of GCs will wine and dine you until the contract is signed then disappear or barely show up once the work begins. Regardless of how good the work ends up being, this leaves an unsettling feeling and causes much anxiety for the customer during the duration of the work. With Bodee, you can be assured you are dealing with an owner who will show up almost every day and replies back to calls/texts within a reasonable amount of time. His crew generally arrived first thing in the morning and Majid would stop by sometime shortly after to instruct them and to answer any questions or concerns from us. His team cleaned up after themselves every single day and were very professional and courteous. Result: Majid gave us an estimate of 8-12 weeks and we were done on week 12. We are very pleased with the results. As a business owner who strives for excellence and expects the same from a vendor whom we are paying a lot of money to, I expect the same and my expectations were met. Without hesitation, we would recommend Majid and Bodee Construction to our family and friends.

The Bodee Construction crew was quick, thorough and competent. The project required the complete removal of existing laminate wood flooring, installation of a sound proofing layer, and the installation of ceramic tile throughout a 1,200 square foot Manhattan apartment. The crew took measures to control dust and then took the original materials right down to the concrete before laying and leveling the new tile. Baseboards were replaced with new, and the entire unit was painted, including ceilings. Later, when we discovered a defective bag of grout had been used (not their fault!), the crew returned to remove the bad stuff and re-grout. It was truly a pleasure to work with them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bodee Construction! My husband and I found Bodee after asking for recommendations from both The Tile Shop in Paramus and Porcelanosa in Paramus. We had gotten bids for the work from other construction companies but ultimately decided to go with Bodee figuring that if these two major stores in the area were willing to recommend them, they must do good work. I was very impressed with the amount of communication and organization of this company. Majid (the owner) was always responsive very quickly to any questions I had throughout the construction process. He and all the workers we came across in this company were all very professional and respectful. Anytime my husband or I asked any questions or wanted something changed, it was never a problem. Majid's company remodeled a bathroom, a staircase, a bedroom and a closet and I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. The crew would ask for my opinion on how I wanted things done throughout the remodel and would thoroughly measure and adjust things as needed to make sure it came out looking great. At the end of each day and the job, the crew was amazing at cleaning up as much as possible, which I never expected and was very impressed with. Finally, the company has someone who heads up the office and the paperwork who would email me weekly with an update on what the plan was for the week. It was always very clear what parts of the job were going to be started/completed when. I always enter into construction expecting a stressful experience, but I was beyond impressed with how much of a pleasure it was to work with this company. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

Trustworthy, responsive, diligent craftsmen. For all the people who told me to count on adding 1/3 of the price and 1/3 of the projected time to complete a gut renovation of my bathroom, let me tell you about Majid and his company, Bodee Construction. Bodee underbid other contractors by several thousand dollars and finished on time. My 1910 bathroom didn't have a single level, unbroken surface the walls, floor, ceiling were all cracked and off kilter from a century of sagging and use; leaks from the sink, tub and toilet were patched up repeatedly. At the end of the job, I had the sleek, beautifully finished room I dreamed of, from a crew of professional, courteous, hard-working and meticulous workers that didn't cause me agita. Majid came in to supervise, make adjustments, talk me through the project, discuss fixtures and lighting I hadn't yet chosen or take direction from me questions that came up. He even His back office/admin is beyond helpful! They're incredibly responsive, answering questions within minutes. Majid gave me his cell number so I could always reach him directly. His network of suppliers and workmen meant I could get everything I needed or wanted, almost always at a better price than I could find on my own, right away, with no delivery charges. I came to totally trust Majid: he cares about the quality of his work, and he is a man of his word, He knows the success of his business depends on word of mouth. I had very specific ideas about how I wanted the room designed, and he never said no. He made it work. He came through beautifully on everything I asked for.

The Bodee Construction team was knowledgeable, hard working, schedule conscious, responsible and, trust worthy. All questions were timely answered to satisfaction, and concerns/issues quickly addressed. The tile work was beautifully executed. It was a pleasure dealing with this contracting firm.
