Reviews
Write a ReviewWe spent 34k on a pool rehab, I wanted all the surface equipment replaced. It took for ever (4 months). Our plumbing does not work well the return flow has been obstructed during the construction. They took new valves and installed them in the old valve body?s. Left all the old plumbing in place. It has taken since march of 2023 to warranty the heater. We missed all of the swim season this last year. The company has given me every excuse you can make up. I give up! We will let the attorney?s figure it out.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you have experienced with your pool remodel. We understand that the process has been longer than expected, and we regret that it has impacted your enjoyment of the swimming season. Regarding the plumbing, the standard practice is to utilize existing infrastructure when feasible, which can sometimes lead to unexpected challenges. We are committed to ensuring that all equipment installed meets the manufacturer?s warranty requirements, and we are here to assist you in navigating that process. We value your feedback and want to work towards a resolution. Please feel free to reach out directly so we can address your concerns more thoroughly and explore potential solutions together. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to restore your confidence in our services.
We built a $120,000 pool. Do yourself a favor, take a 120k, light it on fire, and drink a bottle of whine. You will be more satisfied by the results. Your healthcare professional will commend you for opting to keep your heart rate down. They are the worst contractor and just all around not good people. They do not fit the Texas mold.
EXCELLENT!! so friendly and time efficient!! loved them!
so far so good
VERRY PROMPT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
This was an existing pool and we had some coping that had cracked over the years. The original people who built the pool could not be bothered to do the repair. Contacted Ranae and they gave me an estimate and returned to do the work as promised.
They helped design a pool and landscaping for my backyard - and will complete all aspects of the design work! Very easy to work with!
