Representative was Supposed to show up on Thursday, 12-12, after 5, but never called back to confirm. Where do you find these jokers? I could and should have chosen someone else. Don't bother with follow up! I'm ***** off! Maybe they are too busy but you know what, I'm busy too! (consumer name withheld per their request)

The tech complained a lot about having to get in my attic. I had some Christmas stores up there and it was in his way. I could hear him huffing about it all the way downstairs. They complained about whoever installed the Nest unit, mocking them. The installer happened to be me, which is why I called them to fix it. I already knew it was wrong. I didn t need them to confirm that fact. Also, they tracked mud all over my house. Just put some booties on fellas. I appreciate them getting me up and running but the customer service was really bad.
