Let me start by saying Bob was by far the best contractor in terms of texting me his estimates and clearly communicating expectations. He just replaced a sewage sump pump and also adjusted my regular sump pump and the battery backup all in the same visit. Completely professional and great to work with!!!

He was very patient and accommodating. My last contractor started the work and stiffed me for the money and he came behind him charged a very reasonable amount and got the work done in 1 day. He also was courteous and organized. He also cleaned up my home as if it was his own. I would definitely use him everytime. He has a new customer for life. It is hard to find genuinely good people who deliver. When you do you hold on to them. Thank you sooo much for coming in in the 11th hour and hitting it out of the park. Sump pump repair with a 2 ft trench.

He explained my options on the equipment and was on time to do the installation and was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He did an excellent job job including cleaning up. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
