I live in a manufactured home, which started off as a trailer & there were extensions added on & a complicated aluminum roof. Blue Coast had the expertise to repair my roof & modify it, so that in the future it could withstand a wind storm better. I would definitely hire them again.

Our roof had developed a leak and I called three companies. The first one made appointment, then called an hour after the appointment to say it would be another hour before he could get to our house. Second was Juventino Guzman of Blue Coast Roofing. He made an appointment to inspect the roof and showed up on time. He spent probably 40 minutes, checked out the water stains on an interior wall, then went into the attic with a flashlight and a camera. After that he went up on the roof and took more pictures. He showed them to me and explained what needed to be done. Later that day, he emailed me an estimate/Contract. The last company shoed up on time, spend about 20 minutes. He did go into the attic (after I lent him a flashlight). He then said the repair would be expensive and started trying to sell me a new roof. When I got the estimate, the repair worked out to 20% of the new roof cost. It was also more than twice the Blue Coast estimate. I hired Blue Coast. They made an appointment to do the repair the next week. Mr. Guzman and an assistant showed up around 7:30 in the morning and finished about 2:00 the same day. The job he did was amazing. I couldn't even tell where the old roof ended and the repair began. It was a really good color match. So, great price, great workmanship and I recommend Blue Coast Roofing without hesitation. If we have another roof issue, I'll be calling Blue Coast and you should too.
