Ray was inconsistent. Ray did not listen to my needs. He never followed up with images of what he ordered. He just kept telling me to check the website. Ultimately I accept responsibility for not understanding what was order and installed. He always wants to comeback and spend more of my money. I will have to respend $3k additionally to work with a new vendor. I feel like a fool!

We need a pleated shade to be restrung. Ray come out to our hose in a very timely manner and put in a new core. The shade moved easily up and down....until....it stuck in two different places. Ray came back out and found some problem in some technical part and fixed that for a small additional fee.
Hi Sue - I was checking on my repairs from 2023 and hope everything is still working perfectly. Please contact me with any issues and they will be taken care of.
Ray was friendly and welcoming. However, his work did not match my expectations. In closely checking the curtains hung several of the pleats were not on gliders. Clean-up after the work was not done. Lastly, the pricing structure was not clear.
Hi Ven - Thank you for your comments and I am very sorry that I did not meet your expectations. It was getting late in the evening and the installation was not what I had expected. An attempt had already been made to hang your curtain rod, which resulted in a number of problems I had not anticipated, particularly damaged parts. If there is anything I can do to improve the operation of your traverse rod, I am happy to do so. Montserrat is a wonderful place and it was a pleasure servicing you.
