Very quick response (a few hours after initial call) and reasonable prices!! Missing shingles on roof and needed quick fix before storms. Troy replaced shingles with matching and was done within the hour! Highly recommend!!

I needed a small piece of siding replaced and I was also having trouble with some of my gutters. Although my project was a fairly small one, Troy was very attentive to my needs and took the time to check out and make small repairs to all of my siding and gutters. He was very professional and also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services.

Troy Blair was a pleasure to work with. He repaired the gutter during the initial visit as well as checking for any additional work needed along the roof. As part of the service he added some sealant to roof vents that appeared to be deteriorating. Prices are reasonable and Blair's Exterior Solutions provides good and honest service.

Time was of the essence for the very small job I needed done and Mr. Blair accomplished the work within 24 hrs of my phone call.....and for less than half of what the first contractor promised to do it for (and he never showed up). Thank you TROY!

We were very happy with Blairs Exterior Solutions. We called to have the flashing on our house fixed because it had come down in a storm. He not only fixed the flashing that had come down, he also tightened the rest for us. We were very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Blairs, and would use them again.

It turned out that part of ridge vent was blown off by wind and that was causing a leak in the bathroom ceiling. So the project required replacing ridge vent and collars around pipes. No sealant was required. That said, the contractor was prompt and very professional. Estimates were reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
