This company is awesome. From beginning to end I was impressed. Marcus took my ideas, put them on paper & made my dream come true. They turned my garage into a beautiful room & added a new portion with gorgeous house entry. Also built a small back porch. They are honest, professional, dependable & very friendly. I was treated with respect & asked to participate in any decision-making. I can't say enough about the entire experience except that they are also reasonable. Marcus, Jeff, & Joe are now my friends. We hired Black Water Construction to rebuild our 32-year old 24x26 ft deckl after soliciting bids from Home Advisor and Angie's List. We received three bids and Black Water was the only company that actuallly came out and did a thorough inspection of the project, preparing a detailed estimate, with schematic drawing on a computer. The drawing showed exactly where the supports would be located and how the deck would be configured. Black Water's estimate was substantially lower than the other bidders, but that was only one reason we selected them. Caleb was the primary contact point for the company, doing the actual estimate, keeping us informed, updating as things changed, and complying with our every request. We could not be happier with the finished project and are deeply appreciative of everyone at Black Water Construction for providing quality work at a reasonable price.
