Excellent contractor. Honest and reliable. Great with communication. The demolition and rebuild took about two weeks with several days of rain causing a bit of delay. The end result is beautiful. Site cleanup was exceptional.

Kyle and his team did a great job building doorways and installing doors in my upstairs. I have already hired them for a second round of work in my home!

Kyle from Black Bear Construction has completed a wide range of projects for us since we moved into our home. His work includes remodeling the ceilings and floors, updating the main staircase, adding a new front door, designing and building a front porch, and, most recently, creating a small half-bathroom in our basement. We have been consistently impressed with both the quality of his craftsmanship and his professionalism. Above all, Kyle communicates clearly, listens thoughtfully to his clients’ concerns, and approaches every project with honesty and kindness. He is truly a pleasure to work with.

Kyle and his team were fantastic. Not only were they affordable but built great quality deck, were transparent and made sure we were satisfied with everything. He was also very flexible to our multiple asks throughout the process. We had a unique layout as we live on a hill and Kyle went out of his way to coordinate with companies to confirm that it was safe to build (as we had some water runoff concerns). Once he did this, the deck its self exceeded our expectations and Kyle and his team were amazing to work with. I'd recommend them for any project.

Kyle is wonderful. His creative ideas are excellent. He knew what I wanted before I did!! He consistently kept me apprised of any changes that had to be made (rotting boards). He was punctual, worked the entire day and left the work area picked up. In addition, Kyle is very personable and knowledgeable. This was such a positive experience, that I’m having him back to install some windows! Overall great company, great service and most importantly awesome product!!

Kyle started the deck on a Monday. We are enjoying the deck on Wednesday. Professional from quote to finish. Kyle has been very easy to work with, staying in contact, completing the work, clean up nice to see! Look forward to working with Kyle and BLACK BEAR CONSTRUCTION again.

Kyle is very attentive to what he is working on. He installed an exterior door and a new new storm door. He also built a gate for our porch for our dogs. His work is excellent.
