This company was very prompt answering my request for this service. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the mildew problem we were having in our home. Jerry, and his team were very courteous and eased our tension about solving our problem, as we are about to have out of town guests. Jerry explained everything to us, what was causing our problem and how to put steps in place to avoid this happening again, as we live in a very humid climate. Extra things, not expected were done, such as replacing our air conditioning filters, pointing out other problems not related to the job, like showing us where we had a leak in a pipe and more. The job was done in a timely manner>. Jerry told us how long it would take to do the job and that was very precise, The treated our home with respect, great workmanship, and not only was the mildew gone when we returned home, and our home had been cleaned and sanitized entirely. Jerry is a very personable gentleman and explained all that had been done upon our arrival to our home and how to help prevent this from happening again, which is invaluable to us. He is very trustworthy. I felt completely safe leaving our home in his hands while we were away. It was a joy to return to our totally cleaned home as well as the problems resolved. I would definitely refer him to anyone needing any of his services.
