Reviews
Write a ReviewGood information. On time. Completed job properly. Answered all questions.
They got the job done, but very expensive price
They were very prompt in offering a next day appointment & explained the whole process. I would truly use them again.
Professional, fast and friendly.
They did an excellent job and I felt very confident the mold was removed
Bio Sweep responded immediately, evaluated the issues we were having and explained the mold removal/treatment process in detail. We were comfortable with the price considering the seriousness of our issues and the fact that they began we soon as we found living quarters while the work was being done. Very professional, super customer service and quality work.
They are very professional and did an excellent job!
I would say the service and quality are very good but it was very expensive for three days of work.
Work quality was good and timely, but a little pricey for basically one day's-plus worth of work. Customer service was basically good, with the exception that a request for copies of the photos taken and a written statement of project completion ( for potential sale of the house) have not yet been honored (two weeks later so far).
