Billy was very responsive: I got a call from him right away after I described my job online (replace garbage disposal). He was able to schedule the job for the next day (which was within 24 hours). He was actually early for the job (which was fine by me), and he had the old unit off and the new unit on in about 30 minutes. Very friendly; extremely professional. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the experience I had with Billy. He returned my call within 5 minutes, came the next day, completed the garage door opener within 1 hour. Very friendly & felt his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

He came early, which was a surprise....he did call to let me know, but I was asleep at the time and didn't get the message. He knew immediately what was wrong with our garbage disposal and fixed it within a few minutes. I originally asked for a free quote, so I was taken off guard when he wanted the $45 for coming out. Had to go to the ATM to get cash. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Billy for any work that needs to be done. Very friendly and knowledgable. Also, he is very inexpensive. We thought we'd have to replace the disposal, and he said that we could pick one up for $100, and he would charge $85 to install it if need be in the future. Quite a drop in price, as we thought it'd cost about $300 for the project.

Yesterday I was thinking about new garage door openers and today I have two brand new ones installed and working! Billy called me a few minutes after I put in some details about what I needed on the website. He told me what he installs, how much it would cost and had an opening today. All straight forward. He came over today (early actually) and replaced two aging garage door openers with two nice and quite Chamberlands. Happy with his work and his installation.
