I do not feel he is actually concerned with having a satisfied customer. In the very begging it was fine but when I called him for other things it was like I was bothering him. I do not think he knows too well what he is doing or I would not have this problem now. Update: 10-8-2020 After speaking with a HomeAdvisor Agent the contractor came back and resolved the issues said he thought it was a flashing issue!

Customer miss understanding prior work from February of 2017 that was completed in a proper manner. Customer had thought an additional part of the roof that was not in the original contract and did not need repair until 2020 with the busy schedule and the COVID 19 issue I Bill Stanley Contractor did not have the time and have been working out of the area of Columbia witch I stated to Mrs B on several phone calls I suggested a handy man and Mrs B decided to contact home advisor with a misunderstanding and a poor review I drove 42 miles out of my way and no charge made a repair that had nothing to do with the original 2017 job resolved!

Very prompt, professional, Completed job looks great. 4 workers wore company shirts and drove company trucks. They worked from 9 to 5 in 90 degree weather with humidity to match. I'd recommend them!
