If you need new Sliding Patio Doors and Windows, I HIGHLY recommend that you call Bighorn Glass Company! They literally saved us, (from depression that is). We ordered 3 sliders, 2 huge picture windows and 2 kitchen windows (all retrofit), from another company in October of 2019. By February of 2020 we still had nothing. It's a long story but after 4 months of calling, emailing and texting, and one lie after another, they had never even ordered the doors. They even scheduled installation a few times only to cancel or pull a "no show". We had to threaten to sue to get our money back. Luckily we found Duran from Bighorn, he came out and gave a quote (which turned out to be one of the BEST and FAIR quotes we received of several companies. The doors and windows came in even earlier than we thought they would. Cris in the office scheduled the installation and Anthony and his crew showed up, and on time! The installer were so GREAT and polite. They installed everything in one day, came back and trimmed out the inside in a half a day. The product we received and the quality of the work we received makes Bighorn one of the best vendors we have ever used.

I called Big Horn to have our shower door repaired in our vacation condo as the door was not closing right and appeared to need replacement! Original 1970s shower door! The owner was quick to respond and set up an appt. Robert came out with a helper and turns out all it needed was a simple adjustment! The shower door was fixed in under 5 min! The guys were super nice AND didn t even charge me! I did tip them some cash for their lunch though as I was very appreciative of their customer service and honest work!! I highly recommend them! Thank you Home Advisor for recommending this company and thank YOU Big Horn!
