Big Al came my home to assess the problem, re: dryer. He confirmed the problem, told me I had to pay for parts, which he ordered. I received a text when part was available. He came back to replace part. He and his wife were very friendly and professional. Big Al completed the job at the estimated time. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Very pleased with the job.

Al did a great job. I had purchased parts to fix a squeaky dryer and Al came over to install the parts for a reasonable rate. Upon doing the job he discovered that there was an issue with the heating element that was potentially dangerous. He ordered the part and we scheduled for him to come by the next day which he did. There wasn't a second service charge (but did tip him, because he deserved it). Highly recommend.
