This is a very impressive family owned and operated business. Jim, the owner, is a very knowledgable professional and tremendous communicator during all parts of the job. I have dealt with numerous contractors in my life and i can honestly say that they don't get any better than Jim and his company. Honesty, professionalism, communication, work ethic, dependable, responsible, reliable, cost effective, etc. are all words i would use to describe the service we received. The job was to restore roughly 2500 sf of travertine tile. Jim came out promptly and explained the entire restoration process in great detail and provided us different restoration options with different levels of costs. He went over the pros and cons of each level. Before we chose the final method, Jim and his crew restored sample sections of the floor using various methods and we used that work to make the ultimate decision on which restoration method we wanted. During the 4 day job, we were always notified 30 minutes before arrival, given status calls throughout the day, and given a courtesy call each evening when they were wrapping up. The job was completed on time and for the exact estimate. The crew of Beyond Clean was extremely hard working and very thorough in their attention to detail as well as their communication during the entire job. I cannot say enough about the quality of work by Beyond Clean. Thanks guys! Job well done!

The guys Jim sent to do the work did a great job. The cost was about average, maybe a little less than two other quotes. The guys were professional and polite.

The owner Jim, gave me a very fair price to do the work that my home needed. The work that they did was beyond my expatiation's. they did an excellent job. And did any adjustment I thought it needed without complaining. I could not have found a better team to hire. With a lot of things going wrong in my life, and others taking advantage of me, Jim and His men made me happy to finally find true honest people.
