This company did not complete the work as agreed and has already been paid for their services. There is a simple repair which was agreed upon in addition to roof repair, but for the past 2-3 weeks I've been told they are "too busy" to come back out. If I had a 40-foot ladder I would complete the work myself. I'll try to find another contractor to complete the job. Chris M

Regarding your concerns, we do understand your frustration and why you may feel upset. However, we?d like to clarify a few details. We visited your property on 4/28, signed the contract and began repairs promptly the same day on 4/30. As a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a $200 discount from the original $2,000 quote due to scheduling delays caused by workload and weather conditions. Although this was a smaller project, we take every job seriously and strive to ensure we have the time and availability to meet all of our customers? needs. We returned on the 16th and 20th to complete the repairs, perform cleanup, and confirm that everything was in proper condition. Throughout the process, we maintained open communication and made sure to address any questions you had. We also completed the work with your consent while you were away. Your review mentions that the work was not completed, but we respectfully disagree, as the project was finished prior to the review being posted. We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we remain committed to improving our service and customer experience moving forward.
