"I have a very unique house. Some contractors would show up, quote high and never leave the driveway because of my 30 stairs from the driveway to the house/yard. Perez Diaz crew never once complained, showed up on time, got the job done within the time stated, kept the area nail free (removed 2 layers) and patched a few sections, installed a ridge vent and even installed copper flashing (good for keeping algae/mold away and looks amazing, around both my chimneys!). Watching them remove shingles almost 4 stories high and get them into the back of the truck another 30 ft away with a tarp was a sight to see and very clever system which worked very well! Afterwards I waited for a few rains and checked my eaves (knee walls) since I have a loft and noticed zero leaks and could see all the nails properly poking through my roof as they should. So I decided to have my SECOND HOME on the property done by them shortly after with the same color. The second house went flawlessly and it was also a remove a layer and install that was almost 200 ft away from the same driveway and stairs. They never once complained about the stairs and had efficient systems - they were done with the second house in about 4-5 hours (only 720 sq ft in-law - size of a decent garage/shed). They also did both my gutters on both homes and I'm hoping the leaf guard system helps me out come this fall since I live in the woods up those stairs :) Seem to be working great, no more water coming into basement since gutters path correctly now. I had both roofs done right before winter and have had zero issues or complaints, its now March. I'm currently looking at them for siding now :D I would recommend them! "Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. Based on the responsiveness, communication and how A1 Pro worked to make everything right, I would definitely recommend A1 and keep them in mind for future work."
