Do not hire chad for any of your roofing needs. We contacted him for a new metal roof. Chad was very pleasant at first. When we first made contact with him he came over and gave us an estimate for the roof. We told him we needed the roof above our side door done as well. When it came time to do the roof they got all the shingles off,but did not touch the side door roof. When I asked him about it he told me that was not in the estimate for the roof but would get it done. Then he wanted more money for the side roof. This we should have not had to pay for. The clean up is another thing. The amount of screws and large nails I have picked up threw out my yard is ridiculous .

The deal came in at the estimated price, even though I asked for a few small extras. The work was done in the contracted time frame. It was all done by one worker, with whom I am very satisfied. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. I hope they live long and prosper.

Everything went just perfectly! Chad made sure that every aspect of the job went down without a hitch - from the estimate process all the way to the completed job. Expect fast, friendly, quality work from this company! A++++!!

Make sure that they know what you want done. They put AA battle rough overlaid on top of my asphalt without me know if that was what they were doing.

WARNING: do not hire Chad Frank of Best Value Homes for any home improvement or renovation jobs! I made initial contact with him in May of last year and signed a contract with the company to replace my roof and siding. He stated in the contract that the work would be completed by October 1, 2020. Not only was the work not completed by then, but the roofing was also not even started until January and the siding was done a month later. He and his crew do mediocre work for a premium price, all the while stringing you along with one excuse after another as to why the work is not being completed. Cleanup and removal of all debris were written into our contract and I have been begging since February to get the crew back to my house to clean up the disaster left behind. It finally took my threatening legal action against them for breach of contract to get the detritus cleared away just today. If you value your sanity and your savings, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
