Erick Siva came out to assess the damage of my falling ceiling the same day I called. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He and his crew started right away! (I had made a few other calls, most wouldnâ t even come out for at least, a week. One did give me an estimate which was almost double the cost of Best Pro Builders based on pictures of the damage.) Erickâ s crew was professional, respectful, worked pretty quickly and did a good job cleaning up. The new ceiling is beautiful! I would recommend Best Pro Builders to family and friends. I am very happy with the work they did.

Erick was very professional and cared about the job being done properly. He was always available by phone at anytime and his crew showed up on time every day and did a very good plaster and paint job for 5 rooms, very precise work and cleaned up well.

Erick and his crew delivered what was promised (even a bit more!) in a timely manner. Every part of the process went well. Erick came to our house and explained the repair plan. Scheduling the timing of the repair was easy and convenient. The crew was neat and did a great job. The communication from start to end was amazing. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again if I needed this type of work done.

I had Erick fix damage from pipes bursting this winter. He patched smoothed and painted my living room and dining room as well as replaced trim and smoothed and painted our old textured ceilings in our upstairs while sanding and refinishing all of our floors. I went into this process apprehensive after having several terrible experiences with contractors and construction previously. After finishing this project I immediately asked Erick what other things they do because I plan on using them again in the future for bathroom and kitchen remodel.
