The response time from the moment you request an assessment of your problem to when they come out to your home to assess the problem to when they actually work on the problem is very quick. I talked to Will, the owner, late afternoon and he came out early the next morning to assess and treat the problem on the same day. The owner is very accessible and the customer service he gives is excellent. The price you pay for pest control services is somewhat higher than other companies, but the response time and excellent service and follow up you receive are well worth it.

My dog found a dead squirrel in the front yard on Wednesday evening, 10/4/23. I began my internet search to find a company to handle a quick and humane disposal of the squirrel. Very few companies advertise this service, so I contacted at least 5 companies. Best Pest and Wildlife Control responded immediately on Thursday. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and connected me with the local team who immediately scheduled me for an early Friday morning appointment. I was contacted by the Technician first thing in the morning and he arrived within a half hour. Bailey was polite, professional, knowledgeable and picked up the squirrel and disinfected the area where the squirrel laid to rest. I had a concern about the billing which they immediately resolved. This company is very professional, knowlegable and professional, doing what they say they will do. I highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful company that I highly recommend. Catching skunks is a difficult job, which they do with compassion. Everyone I spoke with took the time to explain the process to me. I'm very happy with the results.
