Warren estimated 3 weeks to complete the drywall project. He completed both drywall and an additional drop ceiling project, all in that 3 week period. His crews were very efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Warren and his Best Co. for any work types that they routinely do. Other contractors wouldnà ¢ t even call me back, Warren was always courteous and responsive.

I almost donâ t want to leave this review because I want to keep them a secret for myself... Warren and his team are top notch. Hired them to basically remodel our entire condo: New floors, new counters, paint walls and ceilings, cabinet painting, light fixtures and ceiling fans, new toilets, hardwood stairs, you name it. Not only was the work done professionally, Warren communicated with me frequently, and he ALWAYS responded. Being an out of state owner, this was critical for me, and he really delivered. Very organized with billing, and his the pricing was great. As a matter of fact, I added on quite a few things as we went and he kept on track and worked everything in without hesitation. I will work with Howard and Best Co again, without a doubt. If youâ re reading this review and still wondering who to hire - stop now and just call them. I donâ t think thereâ s a better contractor experience out there.

Exceeded my expectations! Warren is easy to work with, listens, and gets the job done well. Deck work was first rate, started earlier than promised. Cleanup and price were very good. Definitely will plan on spring projects.

Hired this company to preform new vinyl flooring in kitchen, master bedroom, and Bathroom all work was done in a timely manner and the owner of the company was always there to answer any questions you had . Workmanship was 5 Star rating, would highly recommend them plus the price was right.
